Working approach

A clear process makes a better system.

Every engagement starts with the business problem, not a pre-selected tool. Here is how we would take it from an initial enquiry to a practical deliverable.

01 / DISCOVERY

Find the work behind the requirement.

We map the present process: triggers, people, systems, delays and exceptions. We ask what the process costs in time and risk, and what a useful improvement would change.

Output: a clearer problem statement and possible opportunities.

02 / DEFINITION

Agree on what the first release must do.

We identify dependencies, available integrations, access requirements and the parts that need human review. Scope is prioritised so the first release is useful rather than sprawling.

Output: a proposed scope, responsibilities and acceptance criteria.

03 / DELIVERY

Build for ordinary days and awkward ones.

Implementation is accompanied by checks for missing data, duplicate events, permissions and unavailable upstream systems. We review behaviour against the agreed acceptance criteria.

Output: a working deliverable, appropriate tests and an agreed handover.

04 / HANDOVER

Leave the business in control.

A system is not finished when it runs once. Owners need to know what to monitor, where to find guidance and how to respond when something unexpected happens.

Output: practical documentation and agreed next steps.

Before any commitment

Useful questions deserve clear answers.

Which parts of the workflow can be demonstrated? Who controls the credentials? What happens if an integration is unavailable? Which assumptions could affect cost and timing?

Those questions belong in the scope discussion, not after a build begins. We do not promise an outcome before understanding the systems involved.

A short description of your current process is enough to begin.
